The link is work.
When you had download, you must unpacked the files with WNRAR.

If you meant that you downloaded it, then extracted the file but found nothing in the simulation, then you have to punch a bunch of buttons on your keyboard until something happens (at least that's what I did!)

You have to click "L", then you have the freecam!
